Second Phase of Belpre Medical Campus Complete
The construction of the second building developed by the PMC Company on the Belpre Medical Campus is complete. It will house services from Marietta Memorial Hospital, signifying the Memorial Health System’s commitment to providing convenient healthcare services in the Belpre and surrounding communities.
Located at 805 Farson Street, the one-story, 25,000 square foot building cost about $12 million. Scott Cantley, Memorial Health System president and CEO, says the new medical building is part of the health system’s overall strategy to expand care close to home.
"We are thrilled to be working closely with the PMC Company and Belpre community to bring additional services to the region. We are committed to expanding and investing in health resources that reach people where they live and work.”
The new building features the Pain Management Center that includes a physical therapy component, Wound Center that includes hyperbaric wound therapy led by Dr. Steven Richards, infusion therapy, and physician offices featuring surgical, podiatry and internal medicine specialists.
There will be an Open House for the public on Tuesday, September 10 from 5 – 7 p.m. The public is invited to come meet our physicians and staff, tour the new facility, enjoy refreshments and raffle prizes.
