Marietta Memorial Hospital’s Diabetes Education Center Receives Recognition
Marietta Memorial Hospital’s Diabetes Education Center recently received the American Diabetes Association Certificate of Recognition. This certificate is given to organizations that meet the national standards for diabetes self-management education.
“This certificate is vital for the reimbursement of our patients and shows how committed we are to diabetes education in our community,” says Kathy Reis, RN and program coordinator for the Diabetes Education Center.
