November 4, 2008 - MMH Christmas Bazaar to be Held Nov. 11
(Marietta, OH, November 4, 2008) – Hundreds of crafts, a teddy bear raffle, a new cookbook, freshly baked goods and holiday candy are just a small part of the annual Christmas Bazaar sponsored by the Marietta Memorial Hospital (MMH) volunteers. The sale is scheduled from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 11, in the South Pavilion Conference Room at MMH.
Artists and crafters interested in participating in the Annual MMH volunteers’ Christmas Bazaar can register by calling (740) 374-1779. There is no registration fee for participants. A 15 percent commission is taken on every sold item and a donated item from each crafter is given to the Christmas raffle.
A stuffed animal raffle, silent auction and handmade crafts by local artists- including woodworking, needlepoint, quilts, flower arrangements, scented candles and toys- will be on sale during the Bazaar, which will be open to the public. There is no admission fee.
