Hope for the Holidays Event Celebrates Organ Donors
(December 2, 2016, Marietta, Ohio) – Memorial Health System is partnering with Lifeline of Ohio to celebrate our Hope for the Holidays event on Monday, December 5 from 6 – 8 p.m. in the Strecker Conference Room at Marietta Memorial Hospital.
Memorial Health System and Lifeline of Ohio are inviting donor families to join us as we honor the heroes of organ, eye and tissue donation during the holiday season. Here, they will be able to meet with other donor families and decorate ornaments, enjoy refreshments and discover helpful ways to cope during the holidays. Your decorated ornament will be on display during the holiday season on one of our holiday trees at Marietta Memorial Hospital.
Hope for the Holidays is an event organized by Lifeline of Ohio Organ Procurement (LOOP) and Memorial Health System for donor families to make Christmas decorations in honor of their loved one(s). The event is open to organ and tissue donor families and recipients from Southeastern Ohio and West Virginia.
