November 8, 2007 - Bonnie Wright, RN, with Home Nursing Service and Hospice nominated for the Award of Excellence.

“The Voice of Home Care and Hospice,” the Ohio Council for Home Care, has announced the nominees of their most prestigious annual awards. They include Bonnie Wright, RN, with Home Nursing Service and Hospice of Marietta Memorial Hospital for the Award of Excellence.
 

The Award of Excellence requires its nominees to have at least five years experience in giving in-home patient care and to be currently employed by a member agency. Cynthia Carpenter, the director of Home Nursing Service and Hospice, nominated Wright stating on her nomination “Her (Wright) love and passion for home health is demonstrated with all patients” Wright joined Home Nursing and Hospice 15 years ago and when asked about Home Health she replied “I really like home health and taking care of my patients. I want to do this as long as I can.”

Founded in 1965, OCHC is a statewide trade association that represents 372 home care and hospice agencies in the state of Ohio. Membership is open to home care and hospice providers, suppliers to home care and hospice industries, and individuals not employed by a home care or hospice agency. The OCHC is proud to be the voice of home care and hospice in Ohio.
