About Natalie K. Ball, PA

Natalie holds a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Marietta College and has been employed by Memorial Health System since 2012. She is board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine, which encompasses the use of evidence-based lifestyle therapeutic intervention as a primary modality. This includes counseling on nutrition, exercise, restorative sleep, stress reduction, avoidance of risky substances, and positive social connections to prevent, treat, and often reverse chronic disease. In addition to her medical training, Natalie is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher. In both the group and private settings, she applies the therapeutic methods of yoga and meditation to aid in the treatment of chronic conditions such as low back pain, diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and fibromyalgia.
