She really listens and actually talks to the kids. She takes time with us and doesn't rush us if we have questions or concerns

This was the first time seeing this provider and she was very personable. It didn’t feel like she had never met my son.

Improved office wait time. Lots of papers handed to you to read about what stage your child is in and what shots they are getting but nobody asks if you want those or talks to you about them. They need to up their game for teens. Start treating the teen like the consumer and make them answer questions about their own health, after all, they are the patient. Just inform parents that they are welcome to have input but please sit quietly until spoken to.

Very knowledgeable doctor not only about where your child should be for their age but also if your child's history. This was the first time my daughter saw her and she took the time to actually read her file and already know everything about her.

The physician called me with the follow up culture results. I appreciated the follow up call, specifically that she took the time to do it herself. Above and beyond expectations were met. Great group of staff all around.

The doctors at this office have been fantastic, but trying to get an appointment is ridiculous - find another doctor!
