This provider was so kind and took the time to answer all of my questions. (Not in regard to the provider, but the front desk receptionist was talking in slang and complaints loud enough for those in the waiting room to listen. It did not create a positive atmosphere, but once I was in a patient room, not waiting room, it was great.)

mess up on appt. time, I was told by the scheduler to be there at 1:30, mamo at 1:45 with appt. with Becky to follow. I sat in the waiting room until 2;10. went to front desk to find out what was the issue, was told I needed to go down the hallway to register. I was not told that when I checked in or when I was called back up to the window to turn in paperwork and have my insurance card scanned. when I went down the hallway to register, I was told my appt. was with Becky at 2:30 with Mamo to follow so something got switched. Had I known this at 1:30 I would have done a couple of errands and came back closer to 2:30. So either the scheduler was wrong, (I was told central scheduling is who called) or it was wrong in the office. this is the first time this has happened and have been going there for a long time. next time I will check personally with the office as to what time my appt.s are instead of depending on what I am told by "central scheduling". (they were able to do my mamo first and then on to Becky, but no one notified Becky's nurse of where I would be until after they had called for me a few time and I couldn't be found that they checked with the front desk and was told that I was in mamo) so seems to also a bit of issue with communication.)
