???Drs. Eric and Kimberly Hunkele and Dr. Steve Howe Nationally Recognized???
(July 6, 2015, Marietta, Ohio) – Memorial Health System has been officially notified that the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) is recognizing the practices of Drs. Eric and Kimberly Hunkele as well as Dr. Steve Howe as Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Homes.
This is the highest level achievable from the NCQA. Drs. Eric and Kimberly Hunkele and Dr. Steve Howe are a part of the Patient Centered Medical Home model (PCMH) in which they were given this award. The NCQA considers a practice’s meaningful use standards, costs, transformations amongst other criteria in order to recognize practices.
Memorial Health System has 8 doctors that are a part of the Patient Centered Medical Home model. These practices offer a variety of services to patients to help fit their needs. They are the “home” of their patients’ health care. Patient benefits include to accessing their data from home and having 24/7 access to care.
