Invitation to Bid Construction Management at Risk Services for
Memorial Health System’s Women and Children’s Hospital
Belpre, Ohio

Memorial Health System invites qualified firms to submit for the development of a 75,000-square-foot, new hospital on the Belpre Medical Campus. The project delivery can employ either conventional or combination conventional and off-site volumetric building manufacturing and assembly. The Construction Manager will be responsible for assembling the full construction team, including off-site manufacturing and on-site construction.
