Clinical Student Rotations

We’re committed to providing meaningful, hands-on learning opportunities for future healthcare providers. Our clinical student rotations are designed to offer real-world experience tailored to your interests, education level, and long-term goals.

To get started, complete our rotation application—this helps us match you with the right specialty, setting, and preceptor based on availability and your desired learning outcomes.

Planning ahead is key:

  • Please submit requests at least one month in advance for general rotations
  • For Pediatrics and OBGYN, we recommend requesting six months to one year in advance due to limited availability

Application Process

Medical, nurse practitioner, and physician assistant students interested in clinical rotations at Memorial Health System must apply through our Graduate Medical Education (GME) department.

To begin, please submit your request to our GME student coordinator, Angie Davidson, at adavidson@mhsystem.org.

When submitting your request, please include the following details:

  • Your school name
  • Type of rotation requested
  • Total number of hours required
  • Preferred start and end dates
  • Confirmation of placement (if applicable)
  • Early submission is recommended to ensure placement availability.
