  • Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU)

PGY-3

In your final year, you’ll step into senior leadership roles and prepare for independent practice, with time to explore electives and administrative responsibilities.

This hybrid approach keeps learning flexible, collaborative, and clinically relevant.
