PGY-1
Your first year is all about establishing a strong clinical foundation while developing critical thinking under pressure.

Didactics
Protected didactic time is held every Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to noon, featuring a mix of virtual and in-person sessions. Residents participate in:
- Core topic lectures
- Simulation Labs (4+ per year)
- Case reviews, procedure workshops, and guest speakers
This hybrid approach keeps learning flexible, collaborative, and clinically relevant.
