Group Fitness Class – Variety Class

Join our group fitness classes at Frontier Shopping Center and stay motivated together! Our Wellness Center team leads group exercise classes for the members of our communities, ages 18 and older, every Monday and Wednesday at our Marietta location in the Frontier Shopping Center.
Variety Class
(Intermediate to Advanced)
A mix of strength training, body-weight exercises, Pound, Zumba, yoga, flexibility, and more!
Hours: Monday, Wednesday | 8:30 – 9:30 a.m.
