Security

There will be strict security protocols in place.

This includes, but is not limited to:

No smoking
No weapons
No backpacks
No bags larger than 12x6x12

Memorial Health System has a ZERO tolerance policy for any form of violence.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Behavior that is threatening by a reasonable person
Bullying
Disruptive activity in the workplace
Harmful misuse of equipment or other hospital property
Possession of weapons of any kind
Threatening, hostile, intimidating, or forceful behavior
Violation of restraining orders
Verbal or physical abuse

Parking

There will be limited VIP and Donor Luncheon parking on the Belpre Medical Campus.

For those attending the Groundbreaking event only, parking will be offsite. Guests needing accessible parking or additional assistance are encouraged to park at Rockland United Methodist Church.

SHUTTLE SERVICE AVAILABLE FROM BOTH LOCATIONS

You will receive an email 48 hours prior to the event containing updated security and parking information, along with a parking pass for the Exclusive VIP and Donor Luncheon.
