Everyone was great as always. My only recommendation would be when the patient receives their reminder/registration text maybe you could add the location of the appointment in addition to the date and time. I even checked my appointments in “my chart” and it did not give a location either. I called the office the morning of my appointment to confirm the location (Belpre or Marietta). Thanks!

I was only there to pick up a heart monitor and get instructions on how to use it. The lady that assisted me (Courtney) I believe, placed the monitor on me and explained how it works and how to change each one out. Very informative, made me feel comfortable.
