However, it seems that I came in and I have a $50 co-payment and really what I need it could have been handled over the phone in a prescription could have been called in. It wasn’t really necessary for me to put myself at risk and your staff at risk to go in there with a covid and everything going on because she they didn’t even listen to my heart. Nothing. It was for a suspected kidney stone. I’ve had them before. The questions she asked me could have been asked over the phone and it would just save me $60 and her some time where she could have seen someone who really needed to be seen.
