I just had a yearly visit, in two weeks I have a 6 month visit and then another 2 weeks ago for a pump refill and I have to travel from Cambridge, Ohio and I can’t say this, but it’s really difficult. I cannot drive and I’m happy to do it but it’s very tiring for my husband and myself and I don’t really understand that. I wish we could have Telehealth next week, or when I go for my 6 month, which is pretty much in 10 days and do it that way and she ignored when I asked her that. She kind of, you know, did that. But and so, she wouldn’t discuss that, but kind of wish that and I find that to be pretty weird. Apparently I’m going every 6 months to the doctor.

Yes I saw one of the nurses and she helped me very good but I didn’t feel that she knew everything so Dr. Godsy came in and help me and he answered all my questions that I had that I wanted to ask him and so I was very satisfied.

I had an accident about had an accident about a year and a half ago and it’s kind of turned into one of the worst pains I’ve ever had. And I can’t seem to get this across to people, I know the MRI a year ago, one doctor wanted to do surgery, and now they don’t want to do anything. How things can change like that? I don’t know. I needed an xray. It had been ordered by the practitioner. The receptionist and annother staff member that I had not seen in the office before this time looked at me like I did not know what I was talking about or was complaining. I knew the order was there as my provider does what she says she will. I asked them to check again. This was important because she usually gets the results while I am there and can go over them with me. I always have my xray before a visit. Their non-verbal reaction to my request WAS unsettling to me and ut a negative tome to my visit.My provider was upset because the order was in the computer. I do not think the receptionist even looked. This is my first sort of bad experience with the office. Perhaps they were new. Looking at someone like they don’t know what they are talking about is not correct behavior. It is a neuroscience office and while I am an alert patient many patients are not and do not need this type of reaction to a request. I hope they were new and will be advised to watch non verbal reactions with there eyes and head, along with the tone of their voices they set a bad note on a pt. visit. The cost of a visit does not warrent feeling unhappy about their response.
