Dr. Bhati and his staff were quick to get me in for testing and then surgery after my cancer diagnosis. Dr. Bhati was kind and sympathetic, but also positive and confident that I was going to be ok. He did a great job with my surgery and his staff could not have been better. Cancer is a terrible diagnosis to hear, but we are fortunate to have one of the best oncology surgeons at MMH. The Arbors were she is a patient was after her mammogram. She was unable to leave facility due to the Covid. Having said that I trust the amount of time from the time. She had her mammogram to the time that she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Isn’t a material factor. I mean, I think due respect to you that I wish that the breast cancer would have been detected earlier by the Arbors or in the mammogram or I think, you know where I’m coming from.

It would have been nice if someone on his staff would pop in and tell us he is running late or has had phone calls that is delaying him. Just so we are not sitting in there alone not knowing what is going on is upsetting. I have empathy for all health care workers at this time in our country. Just need to implement a plan to keep patients who are waiting longer times a little heads up of what is going on. Thank you.
