Would you like this shot, and I 1st went but then she said no no no it’s absolutely safe and what it does it’s an anti inflammatory flammatory rather and it’s we put it in your hip. She says now we can’t do that for your knee or your shoulder because those are joints but where you’re having pain is in your bursa and of course I went oh okay, and then I got the shot and I’m telling you it is wonderful. It is divine and wonderful and she thought of that all by yourself, she just was watching me and I I thought that was terrific.

She was very pleasant and my follow up visit with different doctors has already started to happen, and her diagnosis about my feet. She didn’t even have to touch me. The check in nurse, Jamie, is a huge added bonus to this practice. She meets everyone with a smile and compliment – every time! Elyse Blackston is the only provider I will see in this department as she does listen and try to find solutions to patient needs and problems. The only recommendation that I would have as a rheumatology patient is to have more of a hands-on interaction. I know Covid has all of us paranoid about not touching but rheum patients typically have joint/muscle changes that could potentially be caught or at least monitored for treatment modifications. However, overall I am pleased with the care I receive from the NP and her staff.
