So anyway and then I’ve never complained about this, but I waited a really, really long time to be seen and I took a half an hour off work early to get there to my appointment on time. So that was frustrating cuz being that it was such a long. Wait, I probably could have not taken some time off work and has still make it to my appointment on time because they were running so far behind as it is. Otherwise everything’s great. Thanks.

I saw a nurse practitioner Mary Brown on Tuesday, and I thought she was amazing. She is a very proactive in testing everything with any concern that I had to find out what the problem was and addressing it and rescheduling a follow up with me. There are no other practitioners or nurse practitioner is around here like that and I think she’s great.

If you are going to send out a survey, I would prefer to answer the questions in my own words rather than a multiple choice answer, that way you would have a better understanding of why I used the ratings I used. So please either let me write my answers in my own words or stop sending me a review every time I make a visit. I have no problem calling and complaining when I don’t like the service I am getting, and I don’t feel you can get an honest picture of the visits with a multiple choice survey.as far as the next question I would be willing to give feedback, but onlyif it is not like your surveys.
