Wait time was too long. My appointment was at 10 and I didn’t see the Dr. till 1130. My ride had to wait in the car for over an hour and a half because we arrived ten minutes early. I had already checked in online and my cards were up to date so I sat in the lobby for the first 40 minutes. Then once the tech took me back she did all the testing right away but sat in the room waiting on Dr. for another 40 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened. Seems like a common problem with this office. Maybe scheduling needs to be spaced out better or something but I also heard a couple other people in the lobby complaining they had been waiting longer than 30 minutes as well.
