From Kelly checking me in to Diane checking me out, everyone was very pleasant and professional. Dr. Dennis has been my primary care giver for more than 40 years. He has always impressed me with his down-to-earth style and you can tell through our conversations that even though he has practiced for many years, he continues to stay up-to-day with the more current treatments and medications. I couldn’t ask for a more caring doctor.

Dr. Dennis is the most respectful and knowledgeable doctor I’ve ever had in my 57 years. He’s amazing. He always take the extra time that we need and he always helps me tremendously with all my Healthcare needs. Jeanie his nurse did a great job as did the lab and also the ladies at the receptionist desk. I couldn’t be more pleased with Dr. Dennis and the care that I received there.

It is extremely hard to get in to see Dr. Dennis. When you call in for an appointment, your having to schedule for about three months out. Also, the office staff was not even present when I walked in, there was someone there who was ahead of me. The poor woman had been waiting, I don’t know how long, and finally, I just knocked on the door to get someone to come in to help her. So, yeah, I would not rate the reception staff very highly at all. And just in general, it seems as though there … there’s not much happiness there. I don’t know whether it’s salaries, I don’t know whether it’s Covid. I don’t know what it is, but the people seem really beat down. So, you know, they need something, either they need more help or something to encourage them at this point.

This office staff is exceptionally caring. In my experience with Memorial Health doctors, Dr. Dennis is by far the most knowledgeable and compassionate doctor in the area.

There were three “glitches” during my visit. The first was an omission of a medication from my chart and notes. The nurse fixed the problem during the review of the medications. The second was a computer entry problem at the reception area as I was asked about the pharmacies I use and if any should be removed from the list. I indicated to remove one. The receptionist appeared to type a removal but then I was asked the same question again by the nurse and nothing had been removed. The third was a computer issue that indicated to my provider that I wasn’t in the exam room (?) so he didn’t come in for a brief period of time. He said that this has happened before. None of these issues impacted my care.

Everyone in the office from the girl at the reception area to the girl making the appointment. And… and.. and everyone was just very kindly. Helpful. Very professional. And Dr. Dennis I’ve been going there over 20 years. He’s an excellent doctor. He always says do you have any concerns or any problems, or have any questions. And I always feel free to discuss anything with my health and he goes over everything. So he is… it just… it’s great to have a doctor like that. This was for blood sample to dose blood thinners. Derek came out to car in reasonable time, took sample and returned to office for evaluation. Came back with results. Very helpful for a person on oxygen that finds it difficult to move about.

Every time I have a doctor’s appointment with Dr. Dennis his whole staff was very polite. Very nice. And Dr. Dennis is extra nice and his nurse is always very helpful, asks if I have any questions. And I’ve never had any problems whatsoever. And I would be devastated if he were not my doctor because I think the world of him and his whole facility.

I had a problem that needed care right away and the staff worked me in and the doctor suspicioned the cause of my problem and he ordered blood work to check for that problem. In fact, his suspicions were correct as determined by the blood work. I am now on my way to recovery.

Dr. Dennis has been my doctor every since he has been out here. He doctored my mom and we’ve we was one of his first 50 patients and we love him to pieces. We think of him as almost family and he’s very good and I don’t have anything to say bad about him. I’ll fight anybody that does say anything bad about him.
