I have no problem with the provider, her knowledge is exceptional and her caring attitude is great. I do find that it is hard to get appointments when you want them and also getting to talk to someone there seems to be only when they have time to call you back which sometimes is convenient for them but inconvenient for us, their patients. At one time, not this visit, after I met with the physician practitioner for an office visit, I was told to wait until the lab person came to get my blood for testing. I waited 45 min.; my husband came inside to check what was taking so long, and the lab tech was never told to come to get my blood, or at least that is the reason she gave me. Anyway to me that is not being very professional in caring about my time.
