Yes, let me tell you we feel very blessed to have Dr. Gunovich taking care of our child. He’s taking care of our other children in the past and we feel this is truly the best practice we could find for an ENT. He’s professional, he’s kind, he’s very smart, and I suddenly we leave there feeling like we got a really good visit with lots of questions answered and so we do. We feel like he’s a blessing to our family and we respect him and we’re grateful. So, thank you. Have a good day.

I would say that Dr. Gunovich was a very professional and nice doctor. He understood my history very well as I explained it to him and was able to provide me with medicine (over the counter) that will possibly help.

This provider (ENT specialist) told me after reviewing the Xray that I really did not have a broken nose. At my visit to the Emergency Department, I was told that I had a broken nose–the ENT provider told me that the ED had misread the Xray. I learned this after providing feedback on my ED visit. My feedback on the ED visit would be much more negative as result.

I would like for the doctors and nurses to please have gloves on there touching the patient. I know that they’ve had the shot and they did Lofts, bye proteins and everything and it can make people sick. So I think they need gloves on. They do wear their math, which is a good thing, but they need to wash their hands on and I didn’t see him wash her hands or anything. So they need to wash their hands or please wear gloves.

I was highly satisfied with the doctor, with his explanation. He helped me more than any other ear, nose and throat doctor that I’ve seen in the past. He’s excellent with his experience and this way of speaking to you. And he took a lot of time explaining test results, and the plan of action. And told me what to do. And what the follow and to call back with the results. And he will take more time to help me in the future as the months go by. I was highly satisfied and I have recommended him to other people since I’ve gone there. Thank you.

Only complaint – and it didn’t happen this time, BUT: At one visit (not sure if this provider or my general GP) I was unable to pay the co-pay required – although MMH allegedly offers a reduction on price if done so – and I think it is unreasonable to offer something that you cannot provide.

Dr. Gunovich was extremely helpful. He explained everything very well. He had a wonderful bed side manner. We’re pretty nervous about but we’re in there to find out and he really put our minds at ease. And listen to all of our concerns and and just really helped us out a whole lot with decisions. we need to make about hearing loss.
