Yes, this provider has been awesome. I have been going to him for several years. And he is, in my opinion the best I’ve ever had, the office is phenomenal, the staff is phenomenal. The nurses, especially Michelle is so sweet and gets right back to me on any questions or concerns. Dr. Hawkins, is wonderful and he makes me feel like I’m not have normal. I really respect his opinion and advice. And the receptionist are always great and helpful to me, I definitely would recommend his office. To anyone. And I have been to a lot of different psychiatrist in my lifetime, depending on where I was living.

I have had trouble with the front office before, not in person, but in an attempt to contact them by phone. Once, I called every day for a week, only got a voice mailbox each time, and never received a call back. It is infuriating, and I wonder what effect it would have on a patient who is in real distress. I wish something could be done to rectify this deficiency in the front office.
