The surgical scheduling department has repeatedly failed to schedule my procedures. I had an appointment with Patrick Huck on 12/7/2020 and he said he would schedule a follow-up procedure. He said that I would be contacted within 24-48 hours to confirm the schedule. I waited until 12/14/2020, but heard nothing. I also checked the Memorial website at 11AM, 12/14/2020, logged on and saw that no procedure had been scheduled for me. I then called the Procedure Phone and relayed this information immediately. I then received a notification 2 hours later (via text) to check the website. I did so and found that a procedure had been scheduled for this Thursday as a result of my call. This is technically not enough time for me to stop taking certain blood thinning medications, but that should not be an issue. The issue is that procedures are not being scheduled in a timely manner and I have to call to remind the hospital to do so. This is why I only rate your organization as a “7”.

And I recommended I go to the ER, I went to Marietta Belpre, ER they really had nothing to offer me but they did call upstairs, and and I was able to get an appointment with The office at that time. The hospital is great. I’ve been going to Dr. Dream Patrick Huck heart and Dr. Wheeler for probably since 2009 they’re great doctors. They have taken good care of me and help me with my pain and I will stay with them as long as I’m in the condition. I’m in and after I get my simulator I will still go back and they’re just three great doctors and the staff is very very patient and very nice and I wouldn’t give him up for anything. Thank you.
