Every NP in this practice is absolutely wonderful. Empathize and don’t rush me through. Billie is no exception. She and her nurse are great….as well as front desk staff. It’s why I choose this practice above WVU Camden, even though I live in Vienna.

Billie explained the need for testing every 3-4 years. We went ahead and scheduled the tests.

The online sign in is very convenient, but the check in at out patient services is hard to follow and a joke especially after I just minutes before walked out of the Doctors office. Just let me talk to a person please, they are setting right there. I think part of heath care is personal service with a person not a machine that is poorly designed and not user friendly. Don’t use HEPA as reason because you hear people in the waiting rooms, hallways, and next room almost as well as face to face. Overall a good experience and probably could only be made better with a totally different layout of the facility with a few extra parking stalls. I have always wondered why they keep building and remodeling at a land locked poor location.

I was very impressed with Billie Kennedy’s knowledge of my medical history, her approach to overall wellbeing, her knowledge in her area of expertise. Very easy to communicate with.

Come to find out that the pulmonary doctor that was supposed to review my functions test was out all last month. So my test was not reviewed when I called and talked to the complaint department about the slow results. Nurse practitioner Kennedy was very polite very explanatory but we have to do more tests. Marietta Memorial used to be my go-to hospital, with now having to travel to Belpre I might as well use Camden Clark. And if I have to wait to get blood drawn more than 15 minutes I just left I’ll do it another day. Thought maybe there was just an office that handle that. Overall Marietta Memorial is starting to put more emphasis on where they want you to go and what they want you to do instead of convenience for the patient, it is disheartening

I got the impression that the PA’s medical knowledge was sketchy. No confidence in her judgement. She told me “to not be concerned with prolonged blood in sputum unless there was a lot.”

The NP was very nice. She didn’t have any answers for me. She told me she would follow up with the doctor and get back to me. The MA and RR were both very nice and helpful.

When I needed a refill on my prescription I was unable to reach anyone in the office. It was on a Friday and twice the recording told me to call back within the office hours. I was calling within office hours. This was the only time I had any problem with this office. They have always been very thorough and accommodating.

They good most improved way seeing, looking at the patient paperwork before they schedule their appointment. It was a follow up appointment after an inpatient stay at MMA. He was scheduled with a nurse practitioner, who had no idea how to treat any of his symptoms. Therefore, he didn’t get seen by the nurse practitioner. Dr. McKinley didn’t have time. So, he had to make another appointment, and has to go back on another day. So, it was just a waste the time. He just got his vitals done. That was the only thing accomplished, they had him go to Cardiology to get an x-ray scheduled, and they said they would do it, and they scheduled it, they said. He went downstairs to get it, they called up, cuz I wasn’t an order in, they said they changed her mind and canceled it. They
