When I first started going to see Garrett , I always received papers about the visit. When I checked out and got my appointment for the next visit. Well,, the last two times, they haven’t given them to us, and those papers help a lot because we can go back refer to them if we have a question and it also had their phone number on it, and it helped know what we were supposed to do and things. I think all the doctors that should be a requirement for all of the doctors. Thank you.

We know it wasn’t that office or doctor’s fault. It was the fault of someone else that makes plans for where the offices are located but it was a very poor choice to put them on the second floor when having people with legs and feet problems to walk that distance and where they were put as a very inconvenient for them. And it was not the fault of that office but it was not given much thought as to what to do that, that needs to be passed on.

Yes, I had surgery and I am at was on the bottom of my foot and they gave me some pain pills for 4 days and now I don’t get any more and I am in pain, and I have to have the stitches in for another couple weeks but it’s very hard to walk.

For people that are having feet problems, why they would move this like that before you just used to walk into the office? Normally, if I feel pain he will put more numbing and there. And wait 5, 10 minutes or so and then come back in to start again. But this time he just continued on although I was obviously in pain with my butt up off the chair and might have said a curse word at one point. He did asked if I was okay, if I could handle it and I said yeah just get it done. Thank you.

I was disappointed with the location of the office. For those of us who have mobility issues it was difficult to find and a long way to walk. Due to my bad knees if we had not borrowed a wheelchair from the reception area downstairs I would not have been able to get to the office. The offices are nice and the staff is great but the location is not easily accessible.

He always takes good care of me, and gives me a nice feedback because I do take care of my feet very well and he appreciates that and so do I with all his knowledge and stuff about my feet.
