Of Surgeon’s Offices I have been to, I think this is probably the best. That I actually feel I can pretty well trust. It saddens me, only a little, that so often it is rare to actually see your Doctor in person sometimes any more. PA’s do a good job…but I see them a lot more than some Doctors I have. (I don’t even remember what Dr. McElroy looks like any more). Heather was good with listening, explaining, and going over my meds. Kristeva Knab did answer questions. (Although interrupted). End of the day appt, and I’m sure tired. So seemed impatient with some of my concerns. BUT, so smart and so fast!!! Bringing my records and results up on her computer!! (Impressive!!). Overall, a good appt.

Yes, I was very pleased with the service that I got, and I was very pleased with the physician’s assistant, and I was just, you know, I will come anytime Dr. McElroy, I did my thyroid cancer in 2013, and I’ve had some procedures done. But Dr. Carmen and I’m always pleased with everyone and everything in the office. Thank you.
