One of the check-in staff there isn’t friendly. She’s worked there since I started seeing Andrea but I don’t know her name. I needed to schedule a follow up and the person who does that was just starting to login to the system, so I was sent to the check-in window. She was on a call and I stood in front of her for prob 5 minutes without any acknowledgment. A simple gesture acknowledging my presence would have gone a long way. And, she typically seems as though she would rather be somewhere else. Ultimately, the person who typically checks you out helped me out after she was logged in. She apologized for my wait and was friendly and helpful.

Called for an appointment and couldn’t get one had shingles with excruciating pain and have already been to the quick care at Walmart and was half way treated. When called for an appointment at the primary care physician was referred back to the quick care that was very disappointing the quick care is not for long term care. Finally got a appointment 4 weeks later. I thought I seen a commercial that says you can get a appointment with in a few days not weeks. Need to expand hours or hire more physician’s. No one should have to experience the pain and discomfort I had to endure.

Therefore, I went to the door to see what the protocal is and there were no instructions on the door other than the typical Mask mandate information. So I went in and told the receptionist I was sorry to be late and told her my story. I expressed my concerns with the provider and she agreed with my frustration and said she was very sorry.

Yes, the only issue that I may have I had a drooping eyelid that I think affects my vision and the ophthalmologist wanted to charge me because it was cosmetic surgery. And it was not cosmetic surgery it was because it was affecting my vision and I don’t know what to do about it. So that’s why I guess that’s my only issue. I know it’s not your office’s area of expertise says you’re in general practice, but the ophthalmologist that I went to locally they wanted payment in in advance and I was not gonna do that because it was not cosmetic. So that’s the only issue I have I don’t know what to do. It’s not all that bad but
