I had a 10 minute consultation and 5 minutes was talking about the physician credentials and not much about myself and my own issues as far as physical T and health issues. It sure would be nice been able to sit down talk a little bit more about it and maybe talk about some of the prescriptions that were supposed to be made out that we’re never completed and I only got one out of my 3 and this is day 2. Now if not having the paperwork complete at the CVS Pharmacy on 3rd Street. Just not a real good taste in my mouth right at this moment, what with it with, with this going on. So I’m hoping this improve on next. My next appointment on the 14th of August.

Dr. Krant had already looked at x-rays I hhad done about 6 weeks before I saw him and was able to use them to rule out one factor for the pain in my hand. He gave me 2 new prescriptions and ordered bloodwork and a new x-ray because the others didn’t show everything he needed. He also set up a follow up visit to see if the new medication helps. Very glad he is here because I don’t want to go to someplace like Zanesville or farther away. Very pleased with my visit and I have complete confidence in his diagnosis and outcome I will have.

I love Dr. Krant. I am 63 years old and have been in constant pain most of my life. In that time, I have seen many doctors and begged for something to help relieve my pain. He is the first doctor to do that and without narcotics. He has even seen my neurologic problems and has gotten me in to see a specialist that will hopefully help me. He is very personable and easy to talk to. I am so thankful that he chose to practice here.

I saw the doctor for about 5 minutes. He asked me 3-5 questions and had me bend forward. He confirmed a diagnosis of AS and told me if I don’t treat it I will be crippled. He prescribed medication that is not able to be taken safely with my blood thinner. He confirmed again later through the nurse I could use the med. I called my Eliquis prescriber and she consulted with a pharmacist and both said DO NOT take the med because it is not safe and can cause bleeding.

when the provider came into the room he said he had reviewed my chart and he knew what was wrong with me, he said it was a side effect of a medication that I was on, I had a hard time getting a word in but I finally got to tell him that I had came off the medication for 3 weeks with no change in my condition, he also stated the wrong reason that I was on the medication. I don’t feel that any of my concerns were address, he asked me NO health questions, the only examine I got was he looked at my fingers and had me open my mouth. Dr. Krant was arrogant and talked down to me. He found the fact that I was referred to him to be laughable. I heard he and his medical assistant discussing my symptoms and he laughed. He used large medical terms and did not try to explain in lay-mans terms. He hurried through the exam because he had concluded that I did not have RA before the exam. He was disrespectful. I will not return to him or ever recommend him.

One problem that I experience whenever I call, if the receptionist by the name of Kelly is not working, I seem to have a problem getting anyone to answer the phone, and I also have problems trying to get someone to call me back. Other than that, everything is fine. It would be nice to with in bad weather if out in the waiting room, that there was a place to hang your hat and your coat, or maybe an umbrella, that would be quite handy. But I do want to mention that Kelly does a super job. She’s great in the office. She’s very helpful and I’m really upset when I go in and I see she’s not there. Thank you.

hello I just wanted to say that within 10 minutes of meeting Dr. Krant for the first time I could tell that he was going to be probably the best Advocate I would have a health care I was just super surprised at how concerned she was about what was going on. He got what needed to be done with me expedited is very very quickly and I was very very happy with the results of my visit and I will make sure to tell everybody that needs a rheumatologist to go see Dr. Krant.
