We were told no visitors. A guy came in with the mother of his child and made a huge fuss and was allowed back with her. I don’t have a good suggestion for what should have been done because I felt bad for the staff but at the same time the rest of us were given the rule. It was annoying seeing someone be able to push their way in and break the rules.

I am a new patient to this practice. I was so impressed with all the staff and how nice they were. Denay is so wonderful and took time to listen to me and develop a rapport which I really appreciate. I cannot say enough good things about her. I also was nervous about getting my blood drawn but Monty is really the best in the business and made it such a great experience (which I have never said about needles before).

The hospital seriously needs to reevaluate the staffing of this office. I have waited multiple times 30 to 45 minutes past my appointment time with a variety of the providers. One time I was the 8 am appointment and saw the provider walk thru the lobby at 7:50 but I was still not called back til 8:30. This visit had 8:45 appointment, ultrasound was done by 8:20 but still was not called back until 9:15. It would be different if the office was actually busy. Most times I’ve been there, there is 1 to 2 patients in the lobby and 1-2 patients total being called back during the time I am waiting. In the back walking thru there is multiple staff who are sitting around and most exam rooms empty and three receptionist sitting around. It’s nearly impossible to get an appointment without missing part of work. Why is this office not doing any early or late days like most of the offices within the system especially since it’s very hard to get an appointment but yet the office looks like a ghost town and so does the parking lot?
