I’ gone to this office for many years and as pleasant as the doctors are and the nurses and receptionist, unfortunately in the past year or so, it’s gotten very, very difficult to get a hold of anyone when you call and it’s hard to get anyone to return a call and it’s hard to find, to set up appointments, so I think they either need to hire more help. They need to have more people manning the phones or they need to, I hate to say, get rid of some of us as patients or something because it’s very frustrating to not have calls returned, to not be able to get someone on the telephone, you know to me…..I’ve been on hold sometimes for 17 minutes trying to speak with someone about an appointment. I think that’s something that needs to be addressed, especially for us elderly patients. Thank you.
