Office help forgot to unlock door so we had to knock to be let in for our appointment, there was another elderly lady waiting too. Then we were told when we got in the office that only one person was allowed at a time. She thought we were together. I told her no we were both patients that I wasn’t with the older lady. She had a great bedside manner and put me at ease because I was anxious as I have been fighting this condition for a long time. She was clear and concise with what was going to happen and explained each procedure. I highly recommend her.

Yes. You need to have directions on the elevator, because my wife, and I got lost, we couldn’t find a way back to the car, and I think they elevator did not work there. There’s a sign on there that said it did not work. We finally got with an employee, which was very, very nice, and if it wasn’t for her, we might still be there a week ago. So, we’d sure appreciate it if you could get some directions on it. That’s 6 elevator A, I believe it was, so we can find our way back to the vehicle. Thank you.

I was told because I didn’t have legal documentation if being incapacitated she couldn’t go back. I feel I would have gotten more out of the appointment if she was there to ask questions and talk to the provider. She takes care of all my medical stuff and is more knowledgeable about it.
