Hi. Yeah, I really enjoyed meeting the new doctor. He took all the time I needed to talk about everything I needed answers to. I would recommend him highly to anybody. Glad to find somebody that takes my concerns to heart. Thank you. Bye.

I was very happy with my new Dr. It was my first visit with him, but he understood what I was saying, and we even have really good conversation.

Yes, Dr. Routh was very, very caring and understanding. He was very, very, very good with me. I’m really, really glad to have him as my doctor and I would like to keep him. And I also asked him if my sister could make an appointment to see him, and he said, yes, she may. So I just wanted to say that I really appreciate him and appreciate the awesome care that he gave to me on the 14th. And I appreciate all the staff there and all their care and concerns as well. Thank you.

Oh, yes. I had a good experience with Dr. Routh. And with the receptionist April and with the nurse Hannah, and everything was done very professionally, very well. I felt I got very good care, and I was very pleased with everybody. So thank you very much. That’s all. Thank you. Goodbye.

I was very impressed with the doctor, this being my first visit with him. The only problem I have had with the Marietta Memorial system is your phone system. Hopefully, you can get things changed so that more people, you can get any answer back or call back quickly. Just saying that they may not respond more than over 24 to 48 hours. I, I don’t, don’t like but other than that, I really like being there. I like April, of course I’ve known April for a long time, but I was impressed with the doctor yesterday, and I will, I told him I wanted to stay. And I will be back in 3

I think the whole practice should have moved to one building instead of OMM being on E state and PCP on cbus Rd. Everyone at cbus road was super!

I have been going to Marietta Memorial for approximately 4 years for all of my healthcare needs. I was happy with the services provided and even recommended Marietta Memorial to family in the past. Unfortunately, this all changed when my primary nurse practitioner was suddenly removed without notice. To this day I have not received an explanation as to why Pamela Wiseman no longer works for Marietta Memorial or information on where she will continue to provide care. From here I was directed to receive care from Dr. Maijub. I met with Dr. Maijub for one appointment and was assured by him that I would continue to receive care and the prescriptions that I rely on. Additionally, Dr. Maijub informed me then that Marietta Memorial was experiencing technical difficulties, but that this should not create any delays regarding my care. We also scheduled to meet again three months from the date of the appointment in order to go over my prescription, and I was told that my prescriptions would be covered for the next three months. A few weeks after this appointment I was informed by my pharmacy that Dr. Maijub did not send over my prescriptions. From there I contacted Athens Primary Care, and Dr. Maijub’s office multiple times in order to adress this issue, but was only able to leave voicemails. Days later I was contacted by Dr. Maijub’s office and was informed that he was out of the office and that I would have to contact the Athens office to handle this matter. The Athens office still had not returned my, or my pharmacists calls and I was forced to discuss this situation with reception. This all took place over the course of a few days. By the time I received a return call, I was told that Dr. Maijub would have to be in the office to reorder the prescriptions and that it was unclear as to why the order was not placed during my initial appointment. From here, I still had to wait a number of days for the prescription to be ordered and was calling my pharmacist daily. At this point, it had been over two weeks that I went without my prescription. At that time, I remained patient as it was clear that some sort of transition and technical difficulties were taking place with Marietta Memorial. Following all of this, I still did not feel confident that Dr. Maijub had ordered my prescription to cover the next three months so I called The Athens office two weeks before my prescription would run out to ensure that my next prescriptions were sent over. I of course was forced to leave a voicemail and awaited a return call. A day or two later my call was returned and I was informed that all of my prescriptions had been ordered and that there was no need to worry. Unfortunately, this again was not the case as when I called to refill my prescription I was again informed by my pharmacist that none had been sent over, only the one that covered that previous month. From here, I again called the Athens office and left a voicemail regarding this issue. A day or two [Truncated]

My only problem was I called on a Thursday, they never called me back until Friday. I did not get in til Monday, which was my choice because my doctor wouldn’t be back in until Monday. All in all, it was just the fact that no one answered the phone and gave me an answer Thursday. They waited until Friday morning when my doctor wasn’t even in town. That was my only problem. Thank you.

I know that my doctor listens to what is going on and provides answers even if he does not specialize in what is wrong. He then refers me to someone who does.
