Doctor Saint-Vil, his nurse and receptionist were all very professional and friendly! They made me feel like I was important and wanted to take care of me! Doctor also explained things really well and listened to what I told him. There was also a student there and she too was very professional and kind! Very positive experience! Customer service was excellent. Being in the situation I was with a real recent injury, and I know there’s a diagnostic process that has to go with it as far as X-rays and whatever else the doctor determines that I didn’t know going in that I was going to need some type of MRI for the specialist to review, but they did X-rays and then they did a ultrasound and they said they didn’t see any deficiencies in the bone or anything of that nature, did an MRI the next day and then I get told that on preliminary review that I had a fracture that was seen through the MRI not the x-rays so that kind of hindered me through that remainder of the day and I called back 24 hours later, around the same time to find out that there was no fracture

I was really pleased that the Doctor did a very careful physical exam of my shoulder issue and took the time to explain what he was seeing and how he would address the problem. He included the pluses and the negatives of the treatment and I could watch the ultrasound screen to see the procedure. Dr. Saint-Vil is personable, knowledgeable and an asset to the profession.
