The staff is very nice and very helpful. Although I spent the last 2 days trying to contact somebody and get some answers about my medications that hadn’t been sent to the pharmacy yet. The doctor hadn’t had a chance to review anything and no one could bother to get back a hold of me and so on the very end of the 2nd day I finally got a hold of somebody and… she said that she would try to get a hold of me and let me know something by the end of today which nothing ever happened. So I’m going on day 3 with no answers. So they really need to get on the ball with communication and getting back a hold of people and answering their messages.
