Dr. Santer is the best PCP I’ve had in my lifetime and I’ve had several! I have multiple and complicated health issues and recently developed a rare syndrome as a result of a medication. She takes all the time I require for full conversation and understanding of my needs and is very proactive to address my needs and concerns. I’ve never been or felt rushed at any appointment or during a conversation with Dr. Santer, which, is a rare quality amongst the many doctors I’ve had in my experience currently and that I’ve had in the past. My wife and I are very selective when choosing a doctor based on various factors such as the doctors showing genuine concern, good listening skills and proactive approaches to our current needs. We usually take our visits together and not once have we left disappointed in Dr. Santer’s attentiveness and care as well as when we see one of her P.A.’s. We’d recommend their services to anyone seeking and needing the care of a P.C.P. and their supporting staff! Please feel free to pass along and use this review in the positive light it is intended to shed on Dr. Santer and her staff.

From the time I walk in to reception and get greeted by reagan, walked back with a friendly nurse for the dreaded weigh in, it is like visiting with friends! My appointment was with one of the PAs in the office, but due to the snow she wasn’t able to make it in for my appointment. Lab work was not ordered after my annual checkup like it was supposed to be and after we had discussed it at length. They went ahead and drew blood and had to check with my provider the following day to determine what tests were have to been ordered.
