I was having a problem with nose bleeds. Dr. Schuster when she came in did exam my nose but then started in on how I needed to keep my nose moisturized and to get a humidifier to help. She just assumed my problem was dry air. I questioned this assumption because I went all winter without a problem and I informed her that I used a gel and a spray daily to keep my noise moist. I felt she was in a hurry and only gave my medical chart a quick review prior to coming in. I told her I had stopped taking my Xeralto to see if that made a difference but it didn’t. She had overlooked that fact. I did tell her I had stopped using the flonase over the weekend and I hadn’t had a nose bleed since. She did ask questions and gave me some medical advise. Normally Dr. Schuster is pretty good about asking questions and listening but that day she came in and started giving advice without really inquiring what was going on.

I work at the department of Pediatrics through our health system and my child and I had the best experience possible I was finally able to get some answers that could not even be provided by a Children’s hospital. I will definitely be taking my recommendation and experience back to my colleagues at the department of pediatrics so that we can send more patients to Dr. Schuster. Everyone is the office is great and Christy is such a great RR and made our experience so great as well.

The doctor’s assistant took my vitals and my bottom number on the blood pressure was 44. I know this is very low. However, while the Dr was seeing me I forgot to address the blood pressure issue. I wasn’t feeling any different than usual, so I guess it didn’t seem like an issue. I was at the office to address the ringing in my ears and I feel like the Dr was very attentive to this situation. I guess I am trying to say, “should the blood pressure have been tested again to see if it was remaining low or is it normal practice to not check it again”? The Dr is exceptionally nice, spent a great deal of time on my issue, and gave me a prescription to help me. She also suggested I try an over the counter medication which I bought. I will definitely see the Dr again because I believe she cares about my situation. Also, the office staff is great.

I have seen many ear, nose and throat doctors in the past 2 years and had treatment. She was the best because of her manner, her experience and she had a very gentle touch and I did not feel any discomfort during the treatments which I have had in the past with other providers. Very gentle and respectful and I would recommend her to my family and friends.

I was a new patient and I was being seen and I felt that everybody took the time to find out why I was there. The problems I’ve been having with my breathing, I felt like Dr. Schuster did an amazing job of explaining what was wrong, what was causing the breathing problems, the next steps to take to see what we can do to fix that and the solution to it. I felt she listened to me very thoroughly and so did everyone else and they just did a really good job of explaining to me what was going on and what I can do to hopefully help the breathing problems and just kind of the next steps and follow through.
