The nurse practitioner I saw was quite friendly and knowledgeable. My experience was good, however, I was told I’d be contacted to set up a cat scan appointment as well as a therapy appointment. Therapy contacted me the same day as my initial appointment but I have yet to be contacted for the cat scan and it’s been close to a week at this point. I wasn’t able to speak to anyone when I called the office yesterday. I left a message but did not hear back nor have I heard from anyone about the test appointment. This is unsettling.
