I was reminded that I had an appointment with Dr Ghodsi on 10/27/21. I was NOT told that I would see a PA, Erin. While I liked Erin I think I should have been told that I would not see Dr Ghodsi. It makes one feel as tho there’re being “shuffled” around. And my appt was 3:20 PM. I finlly got in at 3:55. There seems to be a problem with scheduling; people that came into the office, filled out forms AFTER I came in and they were called in ahead of me. I KNOW that perhaps the person they were seeing may be different than I was. However, I didn’t know that I was NOT seeing Dr Ghodsi until I was already in the exam room. I came in at 3:00 PM to fill in paper work and pay my co-pay. Instead of all of these surveys you should dedicate more time on getting out bills so I can get my co-pays within the calendar year of the appointments.

Yeah, when you guy set up an x-ray and you send people down to a building where there’s no scheduling for an x-ray and you wait an hour and a half because you guys are send them people who live in Marietta 2 Bellcreek to make it more busy it’s no help plus if somebody gets hurt and one building to go to another building, you got his didn’t even has a patient to take the guy in the wheelchair from that room over to the X-ray room, which is a different building which is not handy, having two different buildings as a when a access of a business pretty on organized, I believe. I live north of Lowell, Ohio and was required to drive 45 minutes to this provider were as the Marietta site is only 20 minutes away. This is ridiculous. If I have to drive that far I might consider going to Camden Clark Hospital for my medical needs. Also the Belpre site had limited parking within close access of the provider. And the waiting area near the out patient services was full of patients. last the furniture is in awful bad shape.

I’m just going to say that, in, over the years, I have never met anyone at work, at the hospital, that didn’t know their job, and did a good job, the doctors, the nurses, the office workers, all of them. Even the people that cleans have been very helpful to me, and when I come to the hospital, and I can’t find my way around, even ask them for help, and they got me to the room. So, I have no complaints about Marietta Memorial Hospital, at all. None, it’s all a ten.
