Once I did have my appt yesterday, I was very pleased with the doctor. And that I finally was able to be seen. Her staff was wonderful. I had a extremely difficult time to get someone to answer my calls to finally get my appt scheduled at her main office. (Even after talking to the office manager and was given her direct number). It took several calls, then my appt wasn’t scheduled for 2 months. (I wasn’t able to call the location I went to and schedule my appt, which I did before). Paperwork for my appt wasn’t sent to me ahead of time. So it took 1/2 of my appt time to fill out the paperwork. Worst experience ever to get the initial appointment scheduled.

The girls in the front office are just amazing. They are always on the ball. Always helpful when I need to make appointments and teams me when appointments come available. They are just amazing the best that I have experienced in the system. I see Dr. Adams, always smiling when she comes to the lobby to get me. She makes me feel comfortable and safe. This office has helped me so much. I can’t even express how thankful I am for this office. I don’t know where I would be without them.
