I had personal needs always have met them and always have had billed amount of time to be able to be answered and on a personal level and really cares in his compassionate. My “Wellness” checkup met with my expectations. And, follow up chest X-Ray, and blood test went smoothly. This was my second visit to Wayne st facility this week and last week; on each of those visits the waiting area was over- crowded so that six feet separation could not be achieved. Also, some of the available seating was located in high traffic areas such the multiple persons passed in front of you at a distance of about 2 feet. On my first visit I went back to check-in window and told the person that the waiting area was over crowded and that I did not feel comfortable, and I was leaving; the check-in person said there was a separate waiting area not being used that I could wait there- which I did. On this week’s visit, as the waiting area was again over crowded, I asked if I could use the back waiting area and was given permission. On my to the waiting are I noticed a young, to me, lady waiting, and walking to avoid persons getting close to her; I attempted to tell her about the other waiting area but she moved to avoid me. In a few minutes she did show up in the waiting area I was in. Upon questioning her she said one of the staff noticed her nervous actions and offered her the vacant waiting, except for me, area. I know now what to do. But, I am concerned about the spread of COVID 19, and I am sure Marietfa Memorial is too.

But one of the things that I would like to see the office do, or Marietta Memorial, is when a patient has several diagnoses, that they should be followed up every 3 months quarterly or annually, but there was a problem. I just feel that there’s not enough follow up by the hospital and the office that you go to. If you don’t have symptoms, there’s no follow up, but if you have a diagnosis, some follow up should be done. University of Michigan has a system that’s absolutely great with follow up with a person’s diagnose
