What I like well is that the people there are very helpful informative and caring. What I don’t like about it is you can’t call and talk to a person. There are many times that you’re in need to talk to a person about something specific in the answer, leave a message and you have to wait 24 to 48 hours to get contact back by. Then. It could be beyond the capability as it if somebody would answer the phone so would be nice to talk to a human when you call and your facility.
