This was our first visit with Dr Wright. I was very impressed with our visit as a whole. The building was clean and tidy. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient at arriving us for our appointment and gathering pertinent information. The nurse was very nice and easy going. Dr Wright came directly into our room after the nurse was finished, she took a detailed history of my child and went right to work. While doing her techniques she explained what she was doing and was planning to do next. The environment was very inviting and relaxing. We are looking forward to our scheduled follow up appointments.

I have been a patient of Anna Wright for 10 years, but the transition to Marietta Memorial has not been as smooth as I had hoped. When I called to get an appointment, I was in acute pain. Previously, I would have been scheduled to see her ASAP, perhaps a cancelation or other opportunity would have been offered. This was not the case. When I did see her, which is always a helpful, calming experience, I then had difficulty checking out properly as manipulation is covered under my insurance plan, but no one seemed to know what I needed to pay that day for the added acupuncture. I have since called a number provided that day, but I am still not sure what I owe. I am hopeful that kinks in the transition can be worked out before my next appointment as I count on seeing Dr. Wright regularly for pain management. Everyone I have talked to has been kind and pleasant. It just seems that not all issues were worked out satisfactorily on scheduling and payment when Dr. Wright began to see patients.

As Dr Wright transitions to MMS there will undoubtedly be some teething problems, e.g., it took six weeks from when I first called to when I actually got to see her. But I am happy to persist since she is an excellent provider.
