Virtual care should be accessible and affordable for our community members! For current Memorial Health System Department of Primary Care patients, MemorialCareNow telehealth appointments are FREE.
For patients who are not currently primary care patients, MemorialCareNow telehealth appointments are $49.99.

Having trouble verifying your patient information?
During registration, we work to match your name, date of birth, and other details with our medical records to ensure safe, accurate care.
If something doesn’t match after several attempts, the app will display:
“We’re having trouble confirming your Memorial Health System patient information. This may be due to a mismatch such as name, birthdate, or other details. Would you like our Contact Center to review your account and help update your information?”
You’ll be able to choose:
- Yes, please contact me
- Try again
Selecting “Yes” forwards your information to our Contact Center for follow-up and assistance.
