Services We Offer

The first step in therapy is a one-on-one, comprehensive evaluation session where our therapists thoroughly assess your current condition. They then use that data to create a customized plan of care specific to your needs and goals for pain reduction, improved mobility, function, and level of independence. When it comes to your care plan, you provide input at each step of the way.


Physical therapy (PT)

Our physical therapists are highly-trained, licensed health care professionals who are committed to helping you reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore function so you can return to the activities you love. Our team offers the full range of physical therapy services, including:

  • Aquatic therapy
  • LSVT® BIG program for Parkinson’s disease
  • Blood flow restriction therapy
  • Concussion rehabilitation
  • Cupping
  • Dry needling
  • Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, or IASTM (a specialized type of soft tissue massage)
  • Isokinetic testing
  • Lymphedema
  • Neurodevelopment treatment
  • Industrial services for return to work and pre-work screenings
  • Pelvic floor therapy (internal and external options available)
  • Solo-Step
  • Spine and joint mobilizations

Occupational therapy (OT)

Our occupational therapists are highly-trained, licensed healthcare professionals who work with you to help you gain or regain function and independence in your activities of daily living (ADLs). Depending on your unique needs, your OT care plan may include some combination of the following:

  • Bariatric program support
  • Driving evaluations and behind-the-wheel training
  • Environmental modifications to improve safety
  • Household and money management skills
  • Oncology survivorship programs
    • Lymphedema management
    • Assistance with chemo brain
    • Scar tissue management
  • Rehabilitation to improve fine motor skills
  • Self-care
  • Visual deficits
  • Wrist/hand interventions for arthritis pain/surgical repairs

Speech-language pathology (SLP)

Our speech-language pathologists are highly-trained, licensed health care professionals who are committed to helping you regain skills, build confidence, and communicate more effectively every day. Depending on your unique needs, your SLP care plan may include some combination of the following:

  • Improving voice resonance (intensity and clarity of speech)
  • LSVT® LOUD services (strategies that improve communication) for Parkinson’s disease
  • SpeakOut! Program
  • Oncology survivorship programs
  • Strategies to help improve attention, memory, planning, problem-solving, and thought organization
  • Skills needed to return to school or work following concussions and brain injuries
  • Social communication
  • Treatment for swallowing disorders, including VitalStim® (electrical stimulation)
