Nightmares

Avoid scary TV, movies, and Internet content, and try to keep stress to a minimum. Keeping a diary of when nightmares happen may help identify the cause.
Self-care
See a doctor if:
- Occur often
- No longer able to fall asleep
- Fear of going to sleep
- Daytime fatigue or unusual behavior
