On Pause for Improvements
We are temporarily pausing our telehealth app, MemorialCareNow, to address some behind-the-scenes operational challenges.
This pause will allow us to evaluate how we can better support both patients and providers through a more seamless and reliable experience. While the app has served many in our community during important times, we recognize that improvements are needed to meet the high standards we set for virtual care.
We’re proud of the work our in-house teams have put into developing MemorialCareNow and remain committed to making telehealth more accessible, efficient, and patient-centered in the future.
