You did really well, calling and keeping up with my appointments and reminding me when my appointment was, going over all the information. Dr. Jones was very polite and very nice and she went over everything, nicely with me, so I could understand what was going on and she acts like she’s very concerned and I really like her as a doctor.

I saw Dr. Jennifer Jones for a consult. She explained everything very well and went over some lab tests that she would recommend I get. She was extremely helpful and addressed any concerns I had. I highly recommend her. She was very personable and pleasant during my appointment and made appointments for follow up testing.

Directed to building 807 only to find there was 807a,b,c. No one inside to help me find my way. Volunteer at physicians area too busy talking to help, and the line had nowhere to go because of all the chairs. Doctor did not have my previous ekg on hand to review

I feel when calling for questions , shouldn’t have to wait 24. To 48 hrs responce time. Not always. But a lot, my heart monitor is not holding charge 8 hrs then 3 or 4 in morning alarm goes off. Battery low. Really aggravating.

YOU COULD STAFF BETTER/ADEQUATELY! “Medical care” that is UN-REACHABLE/INACCESSIBLE/TOO BUSY is NOT “MEDICAL CARE”! I repeat: IS NOT “MEDICAL CARE”!!!

Yes, I would like to thank everyone at the hospital. My providers and the receptionist, everybody has been so nice and treated me so nice. Dr. Jones sat with me and talked to me and and a assured me, and I had my test today and I feel great. I feel great. I’ve been – I’m 76 years old and this is the best hospital I have ever been to. I’ve been treated better there than anywhere and also, at Marietta with Dr. Garber, where I had my surgery. Yes. Belpre and Marietta Hospital are the greatest as far as I’m concerned. That’s where I will doctor from now on.

The doctor’s really good, but she’s a filling doctor. And I come there 2 weeks before and took an echo cardiogram. My results weren’t back from that. My physician was out; so your doctor who filled in did a really good job, but they had no idea of me. I feel that appointment was for nothing, because I didn’t even get to know what my echo cardiogram score was and I didn’t talk to my surgeon. So I felt like it was a waste of time but the doctor was really good. I could not believe that they didn’t have my infraction numbers.
